We’ll explore the gift of sexual fantasies as a guide to our innermost dilemmas and desires. Sexual fantasies are deeply rooted in our individual biographies, the experiences of our bodies and sexual narratives of our time. Some have the power to transform once traumatic experiences into scenarios of erotic transgression – showing us ways from trauma to triumph.
The interactive workshop provides an overview of the current state of research on sexual fantasies and invites the participants to gently explore their own Core Erotic Theme (CET). It includes embodiment and awareness exercises next to guided meditation and offers the (optional) opportunity to share in small groups.

Please note: This is not a group therapy session, but a trauma-sensitive workshop that explicitly respects individual boundaries at all times. All practical exercises invite you to connect with your inner world of fantasies with mindfulness, curiosity and care. The workshop doesn’t include nudity or explicit acting out (hands-off approach).
